• Complete quality repairs in a timely fashion.
• Deliver professional and reliable service.

To ensure the most efficient repair process, each Jaguar dealership is aligned with an authorized non-structural and structural repair center. The network is comprised of dealer owned or dealer nominated repair centers that have met all Jaguar collision repair standards. A repair center will be considered for certification by Jaguar Cars only if it has been nominated by a Jaguar Dealer.


Benefits of the Jaguar Authorized Aluminum Repair Network

The Jaguar Network will ensure that the vehicle receives utmost care and attention. Here are some of the benefits of this exclusive network:

• If damage is determined to be structural in nature, Jaguar will provide complementary transportation for the XJ and XK vehicles to and from Capitol Body Shop of Flowood. This service is provided at no cost to the customer during the new vehicle warranty period.

Mercedes-Benz USA CL-Class Repair Information

Mercedes-Benz USA has established a network of auto body repair facilities in the United States which are qualified to perform cosmetic and structural repairs to the CL-Class of automobiles.

The new CL-Class offers a combination of performance, craftsmanship and innovation like no Mercedes coupe before it. For the first time, Mercedes-Benz is using aluminum body panels as part of the load bearing structure. Outer body panels are constructed from aluminum, magnesium, and composite compounds. Aluminum is used for the roof, front and rear roof frame, outer door panel, rear quarter panel, rear bulkhead, hood and rear subframe.

Due to the innovative materials and assembly materials used in the production of the CL-Class, it is strongly recommended that any paint work / body repairs be performed only by those repair facilities which have been certified by Mercedes-Benz USA, such as Capitol Body Shop. Capitol Body Shop has the tools, equipment and training necessary to perform such repairs, and is the only MBUSA certified structural repair facility in Mississippi.

Mercedes-Benz clients are encouraged to exercise their right to insist that these types of repairs be performed by only those collision repair centers which are certified by MBUSA. Any repairs not performed in accordance with Mercedes-Benz specified repair procedures or otherwise not properly performed are not covered by the Mercedes-Benz New Car Limited Warranty.


Audi Authorized Collision Repair Network

At Audi our commitment to excellence goes beyond the finished product. That is why we established the Audi Authorized Collision Repair Network. Unfortunately, accidents do happen. And, should your Audi be damaged in a collision, we want to ensure that you have access to a repair facility that meets not only our rigid standards for workmanship, integrity and safety, but also your standards. Capitol Body Shop is Audi USA's only certified repair facility in the states of Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana and Arkansas. Audi provides transportation of structurally damaged vehicles to and from Capitol Body Shop's certified facility.

Audi requires that technicians at Capitol Body Shop and all other Audi Authorized Repair Facilities undergo extensive training in the proper use of the Audi factory-approved repair equipment, tools and technologies to ensure the repair meets Audi's exact standards. In addition, these network facilities must be re-certified annually, and technicians re-certified every two years.

I-CAR is an international, non-profit training organization formed by the collision repair industry in 1979.
