Dear Doug,

I want to thank you and Capitol Body Shop for your help with my son's car. He, like most, has a certain attachment to his car and wants it to be all it can be.

The parts needed to rebuild my son's car were not in stock and had to be ordered from overseas. Without Mike Pennington's constant attention to this, I don't think things would have gone as smoothly as they did. The fact that Mike kept me informed and updated on "what, why and where" made all the difference.

I can't say enough about Mike, the girls at the front desk and all those who were a part of putting this car back in top shape.

We just want to thank the staff at Capitol Body Shop in Flowood for the care they gave us when we were involved in an accident recently. Your appraiser, Jeff Pace, was very courteous and professional in explaining all the ins and outs of the repair of our car.
